Please read the following before entering data
into the ASE 2 Registration Form database!
| Please do NOT fill out this form until you are able to provide accurate information about your classes, the classes you're teaching, and the names and email addresses of your Teaching Supervisors and Graduate Coordinators. |
- Click on the link "ASE 2 Registration Form"
- The Instant Web Publishing page will appear. Log in by entering "Student" (without quotes) into the "Account Name" field. There is NO password. Click on the "Login" button.
- You will now see the registration form. A new form has automatically been created for you, so simply fill in the required fields.
- Click on the "Submit" button in the narrow window on the left side of your screen to enter your data.
- One your data is entered, click on the "Logout" button in the narrow window on the left side of your screen
